We recommend booking at least one week in advance, although we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee availability. To secure your preferred time and date, it is advisable to book at least four weeks in advance, especially during peak season.

If you cancel the shoot at least 14 days before the scheduled date and have made a deposit, your deposit will be refunded. If we need to cancel the shoot for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with two options: reschedule the shoot or receive a full refund of your deposit.

Generally, it is possible to change the route after booking, but there may be some limitations. In some cases, we may have scheduled other shoots around the location you selected, making it difficult to accommodate last-minute changes. While we always do our best to meet your requests, please keep in mind that once the route is decided, it may not be changeable due to other factors.

Please try to wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable during our session, especially for longer ones where we may be walking around. Bringing a pair of comfortable shoes to wear in between shoots can be very helpful. We recommend choosing soft pastel-colored clothing without patterns. In terms of fabric, natural materials like cotton and wool tend to photograph much better than synthetic materials.

If there is light rain, we can continue the shoot by providing umbrellas or finding a more sheltered location. If the rain is too heavy, we will reschedule the shoot for another day.

We especially love how Tokyo looks on rainy days, and our goal is to make the most of any weather conditions to create stunning images.

If you feel uncomfortable with the idea of shooting in the rain and prefer to reschedule for another day, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

If the location you choose has an entrance fee, we kindly ask that you cover the cost for the photographer.
